The buyer is Feature (Balmoral) Pte Ltd, a consortium consisting of the Tong Eng Group, Clarus Corporation Pte Ltd and Yuan Ching Development Pte Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of listed company Tiong Seng Holdings Limited).
