3 Landed Housing Development Sites for Sale by Tender

Savills Singapore is pleased to announce the launch for sale by tender of 3 landed housing development sites.

The 3 sites are located on Cranborne, Wareham and Lornie Roads. Cranborne Road and Wareham Road are located in District 15 while Lornie Road is within District 11. All 3 sites are currently owned by a single private investment company. We would like to invite interested prospects to submit their bids for either for 1, 2 or all 3 sites.

 

District 15 – Cranborne and Wareham Roads
The Cranborne Road and Wareham Road sites are located within one of District 15's most prestigious landed housing estates. Some of the other established landed property addresses in the same estate include Goodman, Wilkinson, Bournemouth and Crescent Roads. District 11 – Lornie Road
The site comprising 16D Lornie Road and adjoining land is located close to the Singapore Island Country Club's Bukit Course. Some of the amenities  nearby include Cluny Court, Coronation Plaza, Botanical Gardens and the MacRitchie Reservoir Nature Reserve which are mere minutes drive way.

Orchard Road and Holland Village is also a mere 10 minutes drive away. Clydesbuillt Group's Lornie 18 cluster bungalow project is located next door.
