Savills appointed to jointly market The Vision

Savills Singapore is pleased to be part of the successful launch of The Vision, a development by Hong Kong developer Cheung Kong (Holdings).

 

To date, Cheung Kong was reported to have sold 235 of the 295 homes at The Vision at benchmark prices for the area.

But it was the success on the first day of preview that got the market talking. “Crowds started to stream in from morning and all 100 units that were released for the preview were snapped up within the first day,” said Cannas Ho, Sales Manager of Cheung Kong. The average prices achieved were between $1,000 and $1,200 psf.

2- to 4-bedroom units, which make up the bulk of the project, are selling for S$1,000 to S$1,200 psf, while most of the 14 strata terrace units have been sold for between S$3- and S$3.2 million a piece.

The 2-bedroom unit ranges from 818 to 904 sq. ft. The 3-bedroom apartments are at a comfortable from 1,259 to 1,313 sq. ft., while the 4-bedroom units are a sizeable 1,604 sq. ft. to 2,562 sq. ft.

The Vision’s sprawling grounds of approximately 130,000 sq. ft. also means ample room for facilities and lush landscaping, and the creation of a tropical oasis that complements the parkland across the street. Besides the destined-to-be-iconic clubhouse, the Sky Paragon, this luxury residential development will have a raised swimming pool, sundeck, children’s playground, meditation deck, putting green, foot reflexology facility, and barbeque facilities. For nature lovers, there’s also a fragrance garden as well as a community herb garden. There are a total of 310 basement and surface parking lots, sufficient for each unit and visitors.
