Both Sloane Square and the King’s Road are only half a mile away where there is a wide variety of upmarket cafés, bars, boutiques, high street shops and entertainment. Nearby Pimlico Road, Ebury Street and Elizabeth Street offer a further choice of shops, restaurants and cafés. Peter Jones, the major department store, is located in Sloane Square, and Harrods can be found in Knightsbridge, a few minutes’ drive northwards along upmarket Sloane Street. Located next to the Thames Embankment, Grosvenor Waterside is close to parks such as Ranelagh Gardens – home of the annual Chelsea Flower Show – and Battersea Park, just across Chelsea Bridge. Grosvenor Waterside is also adjacent to the former Chelsea Barracks site, which will become a new London neighbourhood whose new streets and squares will connect Grosvenor Waterside to Chelsea and Belgravia. The area offers excellent opportunities for walking as well as for cycling on dedicated cycle paths and through quiet streets. The Thames Embankment provides direct access into the West End and the City.
