The Bras Basah precinct is rapidly transitioning into a chic, arty and new urban area, with its proximity to many businesses, educational and retail establishments, as well as strong connectivity for mass transit. The Singapore Government has plans to revitalize the area into an Arts, Culture, Learning and Entertainment Hub. PoMo is undergoing a repositioning to transform PoMo into a youth-oriented destination mall with an eclectic mix of retail and complementary F&B and services to cater to the office workers and residents.
