Our expertise

  • Transacted over S$2 billion worth of collective sales and land sales between 2006 and 2008.
  • Transacted the S$435 million collective sale of Westwood Apartments in 2007 which today still stands as the highest residential unit land price rate ever achieved in Singapore’s history.
  • Handled some of the larger residential block transactions including the S$388 million sale of 53 luxurious residences in Grange Infinite and the S$247 million sale of 162 condominium units in The Cascadia in 2008 and 2010 respectively.
  • Handled a significant number of commercial / industrial building divestment such as the S$80 million sale of 112 Robinson Road to CLSA, S$75 million sale of Anson House to GE Real Estate and the S$83 million sale of Union Industrial Building to a private high-net-worth family, amongst other transactions.
  • A leader in strata commercial property transactions - having brokered more than S$110 million worth of strata commercial transactions just within the first 5 months of 2010.
