(i) Residential block sales

In consultation with the vendor, we will package various strata property offerings (whether within the same development or not) together into a single portfolio for sale to an investor. The sale will be structured accordingly to achieve a win-win for both the vendor and the purchaser.

(ii) Commercial & industrial building sales

We seek to achieve optimum results for the divestment of any commercial and industrial building asset by marketing effectively to an extensive pool of international capital sources. To ensure we achieve the desired result for the client, we leverage on both our strong local network and strength of our global investment and capital markets platform to expose the asset to qualified investors.

Our in-depth understanding of the property market and appreciation of the capital markets environment helps us to advise you to make the most informed decisions for your real estate investments. Relying on the depth of our service capabilities, we will also analyse the relevant property information, potential asset enhancement initiatives, study market trends etc and advise on the pricing and marketing strategy for an asset acquisition or disposal. We handle all negotiations professionally and are sensitive to the clients’ need for confidentiality which is often demanded for such significant transactions.
