Collective Sales Valuation

What do we do?

In preparation for the collective sale of a development, we are engaged to furnish a valuation of the development based on its land use potential and allowable intensity according to the prevailing planning parameters, and to comment on the fairness of the proposed / adopted method of apportioning the sales proceeds. Our services include our attendance as an expert witness at the Strata Titles Board.

How do we work?

Our valuers are equipped with a good understanding of the appropriate valuation principles to be applied in such valuations, being knowledgeable in the law governing collective sales and the relevant planning policies and regulations that could significantly impact the value of the property.

Who do we work for?

Sales committees constituted for collective sales, dissenting minority owners.
