"In November, 2002 Telstra expanded in Singapore and appointed Savills to act as our property advisor. A number of options were considered and we eventually selected space in Capital Square. Savills provided detailed cash flow analysis, landlord negotiations and also advice on design and construction. A key criteria for our office was to incorporate the ability to expand and to maximise the usefulness of the space. It was also critical to get the right space in the building to ensure natural light and a sense of open space.
