A pre-application feasibility study is also not required by LTA for the site redevelopment of up to 103 apartments.
The reserve price is $168 million which works out to $2,257 per plot ratio after factoring in the seven percent bonus GFA for balconies. The development charge payable for the seven per cent bonus GFA is approximately $7.6 million.
