The same team will be involved from initial stage of the collective sale, to securing the required 80% mandate, through to launch of tender, negotiation, sales closing and right through to legal completion of the sale. The team will work closely with the appointed Sales Committee and lawyer to navigate through any commercial complexities that may arise in the process.
