Raymond Clement is the Managing Director for Savills Hotels Asia Pacific. He oversees and spearheads the expansion of Savills Hotels advisory services across the region. Raymond’s responsibilities include originating, marketing, structuring and transacting major hotel, resort, development and mixed-use leisure facilities. Raymond joined Savills Hotels in 2012 and brought eight years of marketing, transaction, development, operator selection expertise and ten years of operation and hotel experience.

Prior to joining Savills Hotels Asia Pacific, Raymond spent five years as a Director with CBRE Hotels, based in Singapore where he focused on developing key investor relations within the Asian region.

Prior to founding Luxury Frontiers and as an owner of LLPI—an international advisory and management company servicing developers and investors in luxury mixed-use hotels/resorts—he contributed significantly to the successes of Exclusive Resorts, Private Escapes, and DCP International throughout Europe and the Americas. He worked on projects with hospitality leaders like Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari Resorts, Auberge Resorts, Hyatt, The Stein Hotels, Icehotel, Ferragamo, Marriott Vacation Club International, Interval International, and RCI. He was also an equity partner with Strategic Hotels and Resorts on mixed-use resort projects and served as an architect for Icehotel, Sweden.

Caspar P. Schmidt is a passionate, authentic, diverse and strategic hospitality industry leader with more than 20 years’ experience. He leads the businesses he is involved in with a hands-on approach, delivering exceptional results and is constantly working towards creating experiences that is making the guest the focus, while delivering exceptional, personable service. He thrives in operating multiple million-dollar assets for investors and delivering above market results within the industry. Caspar worked with Toga Far East hotels in Europe, Australia and NZ for more than 14 years in top senior positions and was the Group COO for Veriu Hotels in Sydney as well as the CEO- International for naked Retreats in China. Caspar set up QCC Collection in early 2019, which is a hands-on consultancy business. He represents owners and investors across APAC with a focus on Japan in particular, where he advises on hotel takeovers, real estate deals and reviews existing hotel operations to ensure maximization of ROI.

Caspar also works on several sustainable and eco-friendly retreat projects where the objective is to be able to “leave without a trace” for all parties involved.  Caspar have been focusing on Australia and the “removable” home/house/glamping movement for the last couple of years having worked with an upscale European provider that is highly engaged in off grid and sustainable pod solutions.

As partner and CEO, James leads the team to spearhead the expansion of NIHI Hotels. Recognised as “One to Watch” by Bloomberg Businessweek’s Bloomberg 50 and awarded Independent Hotelier of the World by Hotels magazine, James McBride is a global hotelier who has led some of the world’s leading hotels during his twenty-five year professional career.
