Alice Crowley serves as Director, Asia Pacific Capital Markets based in Singapore. She is a key member of the Asia Pacific Capital Markets platform, focusing on connecting Asian-based investors with major investment opportunities across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
With over 15 years of experience, Alice brings a unique, holistic perspective to the Savills team. Unlike traditional advisors, her background spans both agency and client side roles with experience in Cross-Border Capital, Advisory & Transactions, Origination, Commercial Development, Funds Management, and Investor Relations.
Alice has held senior roles at Knight Frank, Lendlease and The GPT Group. Her proven track record includes serving as a core member of the origination and new business team working across various major projects in Singapore; as well as supporting an office and retail funds through capital raises and liquidity review events.
