A recognised expert in complex, high-value capital markets transactions, Neil brings over two decades of experience advising leading real estate investors. He has brokered over US$15bn in cross-border deals, effectively connecting global institutional capital with premier real estate opportunities. Neil excels at providing investors with the strategic clarity and expert execution needed to achieve their financial objectives across diverse and dynamic markets. He offers clients a crucial advantage by de-risking complex cross-border transactions and structuring investments to unlock long-term value.
Prior to Savills, he led cross-border investment teams and drove capital partnerships as the Global Head of Capital Markets at Knight Frank. A decade earlier, Neil served as Director, International Investments at CBRE.
