Nicholas Wilson

Nicholas Wilson is the Senior Director, Strategic Research & Advisory, Asia Pacific Capital Markets, based in Singapore. He sits within the Capital Markets leadership team, where he leads the firm’s commercial intelligence strategy to drive business origination and client growth.

A recognised expert in real estate economics and capital strategy, Nicholas brings over 15 years of experience advising the region’s most sophisticated investors on portfolio optimisation and market entry. Nick’s mandate is to bridge the gap between macroeconomic data and transaction execution. He leverages advanced data analytics and predictive modelling to help clients identify "white space" opportunities—spotting transaction triggers and unseen risks before they become obvious to the wider market.

Nicholas specialises in translating complex economic shifts into high-conviction playbooks, providing investors with the strategic clarity needed to deploy capital effectively in a volatile environment. His approach combines deep financial modelling with commercial strategy to de-risk decision-making for Institutional Investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, and Private Equity clients.

Prior to joining Savills, Nicholas established the Asia Pacific real estate economic service at Oxford Economics. He previously held regional leadership roles at Colliers and JLL, where he led investment research teams across Asia Pacific. Nicholas also served as an advisor to a PropTech startup, applying machine learning and data science to transaction analytics, giving him a distinct quantitative edge in identifying value.
