Sulian joined Savills in 2008 to set up the Retail & Lifestyle business in Singapore.   

Under Sulian’s leadership, Savills has secured key leasing and consulting deals with major mall landlords and introduced new retail, F&B and entertainment concepts to Singapore. Today, the Retail & Lifestyle team has an extensive database of both international and local retail and F&B clients. Prior to Savills, Sulian spearheaded Sino Land's high-profile Fullerton Heritage redevelopment as General Manager, in the successful revamp and re-positioning of One Fullerton, Clifford Pier and Customs House. She was also Vice President of the Marina Bay Business Associations. Earlier, Sulian was Director for Tourism Shopping at the Singapore Tourism Board and Senior Vice President at Pacific Star Asset Management, overseeing the S$40m revamp and re-positioning of Wisma Atria. Away from her office desk, Sulian is most comfortable behind the DJ decks spinning and has made appearances at events, clubs and Formula 1 parties.
