KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight and management of cross-border ad hoc transactional requirements and referrals as SPOC within the APAC region
- Working closely with the Regional Director and Savills existing CBTA team in Singapore, regional tenant representation and other Savills business line representatives on identifying and converting new client occupier/tenant opportunities
- Providing document control, comms and logistical support to the Regional Director in the delivery of other occupier services related requirements – including but not limited to workplace, facilities, project management requirements – for CBTA APAC regional clients on an as required basis
- Effective liaison, communication, management and account leadership of in-country tenant rep team resources across the APAC region for ad-hoc transactional requirements
- Ensure that agreed transactional processes are rigorously followed and delivered to industry best standards
- Management, auditing and tracking of KPI’s applicable to regional corporate accounts ensuring they are clearly understood and communicated to in-country transactional teams
- Work with the Regional Director on maintenance and management of client relationship information management tools, databases and resources
- Identify and convert Savills cross-business revenue opportunities
- Actively participate in business development activities helping to identify and convert new client opportunities
- Regional and inter-regional travel on an as required basis providing in-country support to local tenant rep teams on significant transactions and in order to support regional or global client pursuits
- Attendance and participation on regular client account conference calls and internal CBTA team calls aimed at increasing regional and global connectivity
- Work with the Regional Director to identify and implement continual improvement and innovation programs, systems and procedures
- Ensure that communication is at all times timely, clear, open and honest and conforming to the highest standards of integrity
- Assist the regional CBTA team in preparation of marketing and research materials to promote the CBTA brand, platform and capabilities
- Assist the regional CBTA team in preparation of RFP submissions and attend tender interviews
- Timely and accurate portfolio level auditing, tracking and reporting consistent with client account MSA and/or best in class standards
- Ensure that transactional requirements and engagements are clearly documented and filed in accordance with agreed protocols
- Superior time management and ability to multi-task;
- Good general real estate knowledge and awareness of current industry movements, news and events
- Willingness to travel in support of regional CBTA occupier client requirements is a requirement of the role
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in similar role
- CEA license holder preferred
- RICS accreditation preferred
- WELL accreditation would be advantageous
- Background knowledge of and competency in delivering international transaction requirements and local market practices
- Experience with common lease administration, portfolio management and analytic technology and tools
- Client focused with ezcellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Competency in strategic real estate portfolio planning
- Excellent personal presentation and a genuine desire and ability to participate in business development activities including industry forums and networking opportunities
- RFP responses, interviews and capability presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and pro-active, self-motivated and positive attitude
