KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for servicing client accounts
- Maintain good customer service and uphold the firm's reputation to all stakeholders including buyers, sellers and tenants
- Hunt for property listings and secure new instructions for sales and leasing
- Handle sale and lease of properties
- Responsible for marketing, advertising and promotional activities on assigned projects
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- CEA license holder
- Possess leasing and sales experience in real estate
- Aptitude for good customer service
- Creative mindset and ability to solve problems
- Knowledge in MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Experience in tenancy & relocation services would be a plus
- Knowledge in real estate marketing, including digital marketing and social media marketing
