KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on property tax advisory
- Assist Directors to analyse and prepare advice to client
- Manage and advice client property tax portfolios
- Assess the annual value and prepare assessment reports
- Liaise with the assessors to resolve objections and appeals
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
- Experience in property tax assessment will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of property market industry
- Possess good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Good team player
