Tang Chee Charn

He has been the Head of Real Estate Management Services Department in Colliers International, Singapore since 2011. Under his business development role, he secured property and facilities management appointments of REIT and property fund clients such as AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT, AMP Capital Investors, AMB Property Corporation, Union Investment, SEB, Prologis, M&G, Logos and AEP Investment Management. Other corporate clients include BHP Billiton, Eurochem Corporation, Crescendas Group, Premier Corporation, Hong Leong Finance, OCBC/Great Eastern, Bank of East Asia, UOB, Boustead, SATS and SCAPE. It also included developers such as CapitaLand, Far East Organisation, CDL, Tuan Sing, Wing Tai, Frasers, Wheelock, Qingjian Realty, MCL Land, KOP, Lendlease, Property Enterprises Development, Lippo Group and CLSA Capital Partners as well as various management corporations. Chee Charn joined Savills Property Management Pte Ltd in 2020 as Executive Director, and was promoted to Deputy Managing Director in 2023.
