Adrian Lim has joined Savills Singapore as Senior Director, Head of International Residential Sales (IRS). His appointment syncs with Savill’s long-term goal and strategy of growing our share in the international residential services market, catering to both locals and the global community.

Adrian is a well-known and established name in the international residential property market, cutting his teeth at Colliers: at the local front for 13 years and on the international front for 19 years. In 2018, he left Colliers to become the Head of International Sales at One Global Property Services. He is a seasoned authority on international residential sales and has a rich and multifaceted knowledge and understanding of the UK and Australian property markets. His successful collaborations with huge UK and Australian real estate monoliths: Berkeley, Barratt, Lendlease and Frasers have yielded more than $800 million worth of sales over the years, gaining many clients along the way, some of whom had bought as many as 10 properties from him singularly. In fact, many astute investors still come to him for advice, and he aims to provide them with new opportunities as he explores more new markets with Savills.
