Robin Leow

Robin is an experienced real estate management, business development, corporate real estate professional with over than 25 years of experience in property development, property, facilities & operations management, asset and portfolio management and P&L responsibilities.

Robin joined Savills Singapore to launch the Facilities Management business and he plays an instrumental role in providing strategic direction, driving growth margins, conducting business development initiatives, delivering quality FM services and establishing Savills FM capabilities in the Singapore market.

Prior to joining Savills, he was with Bintai Kindenko as Head of Integrated Facilities Management, with leadership responsibilities of about 200 employees to manage Government Ministries & Agencies, Corporate Clients, Institutions’ facilities and properties of commercial, industrial, hotels, data centres, retail malls etc. At early onset of his career in real estate, Robin was Head of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management for Asia Pacific region with RS Components, and Head of Business/Account Director with Cushman & Wakefield to manage various properties types of commercial, residential, industrial, retail and dormitories. Robin’s wealth of real estate experiences also includes his Executive Director appointment in an asset management company, where he managed more than S$ 500 million of real estate and commercial assets including development, completion and management of luxury condominium in Singapore. 

Robin's competency in business development, operations and project management was also showcased when he was appointed as the head of security screening ops for the new Changi Airport Terminal, where he contributed to the successful award of airport security tender, training and operations management of more than 400 team members.

Besides being invited as the Guest Speaker for FM related seminars and events, Robin is also an Adjunct Lecturer with Singapore Polytechnic to conduct Facilities Management related courses including SMART FM Innovation and Implementation Master Class to the FM personnel from government ministries and statutory boards. 

Robin’s academic qualifications includes double master’s degrees– MSc (Real Estate) and MSc (Mgt) with 1st Class Honours and Top Student Award. He is also an accredited member and Chartered Surveyor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for Facilities Management Pathway and holds a CEA salesperson license. Adding a feather on his cap, Robin recently won the “FM Leader of the Year 2021” awarded by IFMA Singapore Chapter and also won the RICS Southeast Asia Awards 2020 “Property Professional of the Year”.  

Besides winning the prestigious FM Leader of the Year in 2021 and RICS Southeast Awards of Property Professional of the Year in 2020, the Savills FM team won the following FM awards:  
1. Best Outsourced FM Service Provider 2021
2. Best Digital Transformation Award 2021 –Computerised FM System
3. Best Outsourced FM Service Provider 2022
4. Sustainability Award (Merit) 2022

- MIT Executive Programe on Artificial Intelligence by MIT Sloan School of Management.
- Green Mark Accredited Professional (FM), ISO 9001, ISO22301 BCM, Six-Sigma, BMSMA, BizSAFE Level 1 for CEO/Top Mgt, BizSAFE Level 4 etc  

In addition, Robin is awarded the Fellowship (facilities management) by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors which demonstrates his individual professional achievements, an international measure of excellence and a mark of distinction
