Alongside his operational responsibilities he sits on the Asia Pacific Executive Committee which determines strategic direction for the business in the region. During his time he has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Singapore operations in 1995, and subsequently restructured the business in 2004. In addition, he has been involved in, and led numerous corporate acquisitions and strategic relationships for the group.

Jessie began her valuation career in 1980, first with Colliers Goh & Tan (predecessor of Colliers International) and nine years later with OCBC Property Services where she headed the Business Development & Valuation Department and was instrumental in the development of the OCBC Group’s real estate from the purchase / identification of the sites through to the eventual pricing of the completed projects. When she joined Benchmark Real Estate in 2002, she was key in placing the firm on the panels of valuers of ABN-Amro Bank and Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation.

Together with four property veterans (two of whom are Lim Soo Chin & David Ong), Jessie formed a boutique real estate consultancy firm known as Valuers & Property Consultants (VPC) in 2004 which undertook both local and regional consultancy assignments. When VPC was acquired by Savills Singapore in September 2005 Jessie was subsumed into Savills and now heads its Valuation Research & Consultancy Department.

Jessie holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from National University of Singapore. She has been a licensed appraiser since 1981 and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

As Head of Investment Sales, he leads an experienced team in handling a diverse range of investment transactions i.e Collective sales, acquisition and divestment of commercial and industrial properties. The team in 2007 brokered more than $1 billion worth of collective sales, commercial and industrial property transactions.

Similarly, he manages a highly capable sales force that has a specialist focus in brokering luxury residential property transactions. Steven’s personal forte is in the marketing of Good Class Bungalows, to high net worth families and investors. Steven plays an important role in raising up the Prestige Homes brand in Singapore. Since joining Savills, he has remarkably propelled Prestige Homes into a leading agency in the Good Class Bungalow (GCB) sales market.

Steven holds a first class honours Bachelor in Building Construction Management degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. In addition, he was conferred a 1998 Gold Award from the Australian Property Institute’s annual awards that recognises academic excellence of students in Australia’s tertiary property education.

One of the key developments which Phylicia had handled includes the exceptionally successful launch of The Parc Condominium, a 659-unit development which was fully sold out within 7 days of marketing in 2007.

Phylicia began her career as a real estate professional more than 14 years ago. Since then she has gone on to establish herself as a key sales and marketing team member with Savills Residential.

Prior to joining Savills Residential, Phylicia was with First Capital Corporation Ltd, which has since been renamed to Guocoland Ltd. Through the years of experiences, she has developed an in-depth understanding on the overall marketing aspects of launching projects.

Phylicia received her Honours in Estate Management from University of Reading back in 1998.
